01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and OKBeth ("OKBeth," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okbeth.net.

By accessing the OKBeth website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of OKBeth or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by OKBeth or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

OKBeth reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other official document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of OKBeth services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one OKBeth account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonuses.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for updating your account information if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify OKBeth immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your OKBeth account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

OKBeth reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on OKBeth are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Accepted Payment Methods: OKBeth accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Currency: All transactions on OKBeth are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). OKBeth does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Processing: OKBeth aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirements where bonus funds have been credited to your account. OKBeth reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

OKBeth reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance in cases where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, OKBeth may freeze your account pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

OKBeth offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered OKBeth members who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• OKBeth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• OKBeth reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed in bad faith, through abuse of the promotion system, or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on OKBeth are subject to the following general betting rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: OKBeth reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. OKBeth may adjust these limits at any time.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect odds due to technical error, or evidence of match manipulation.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during an event. OKBeth is not liable for any delay in bet acceptance during live events.
• Results: The results of all sporting events and games are determined by OKBeth based on official results from recognized governing bodies. In the event of a dispute, OKBeth's decision is final.
• Palpable Errors: OKBeth reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a manifest error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the OKBeth platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event, including collusion with other players or third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the OKBeth platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using OKBeth bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing OKBeth staff or other users of the platform.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the OKBeth platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of OKBeth or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the OKBeth platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any OKBeth content without prior written consent.
• Use any OKBeth trademarks, logos, or brand elements for any purpose without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the OKBeth platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the OKBeth platform.

Any unauthorized use of OKBeth intellectual property may result in legal action. OKBeth reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, OKBeth and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the OKBeth platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond OKBeth's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations resulting from technical malfunctions, provided that OKBeth takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including but not limited to statistics, form guides, or editorial content.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether or not OKBeth has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit OKBeth's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Responsible Gaming

OKBeth is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help members manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all OKBeth members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the OKBeth platform at any time by contacting our support team.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

OKBeth reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Determination that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Upon closure of your account, any remaining balance of real money funds (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to OKBeth.

You may request the closure of your OKBeth account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the OKBeth platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

OKBeth operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

13 Amendments to These Terms

OKBeth reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, OKBeth will notify registered members by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account.

The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the OKBeth platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
